Return and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeline
Digital products are typically delivered within timeframe up to 72 hours from the moment the order is paid and the customer received the payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to technical issues or high demand.

2. Failed Delivery and Resolution Process
If you do not receive your digital product within the specified timeframe, please:
1. Check your spam or junk email folder.
2. Verify that the email address provided during purchase is correct.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

3. Cross-Border Sales Compliance
The company complies with the EU VAT Directive for digital goods. VAT is calculated additionally, if applicable, and based on the customer’s location. Regional restrictions may apply to certain game keys or activation codes; these restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

4. Consumer Communication and Updates
Customers will be notified promptly if there are delays or issues with the delivery of their digital goods. Users have the right to request a refund or cancel the order if the delay exceeds a reasonable timeframe.

5. Right of Withdrawal
By completing the purchase, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods as per Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This waiver applies once the download or activation process has begun.

Defective Products and Refunds
If the product is defective or does not match the description, you may request a refund or replacement by providing evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages). Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for customer errors, such as:
– Incorrect email addresses.
– Activation in unsupported regions.
– Failure to meet system requirements.

7. Refund Process and Timeline
Refund for the order can be requested by the customer within 14-days period starting from the date of payment and in case the activation codes (digital goods) were not activated and used.

Refunds will be processed within the period up to 5 (five) business days following the approval for the refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
